Founded in 1971, the Frazee Care Center is an 84-bed skilled nursing community that offers comprehensive long- and short-term care options for individuals. The center s staff members include medical specialists, nurses, therapists, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers. All of its beds are certified by Medicare and Medicaid. Frazee Care Center also offers a special cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program. The center has a separate unit dedicated to the care of residents who suffer from Alzheimer s disease and other forms of dementia.
