Buddy Eian started Buddy's Kitchen in 1974. The first product manufactured at Buddy's was a frozen prepared omelet for the airline industry. Since that beginning, the product line has grown to include frozen sandwiches, plus breakfast and dinner entrees. The company s markets include vending, convenience stores, retail grocery outlets and airline accounts throughout the United States. Some of its food menu items include omelets, toast, biscuits, ham and cheese sandwiches, a variety of grilled sandwiches and frozen fresh sandwiches. Buddy's Kitchen is headquartered in Burnsville, Minn.
