Mary and Kari graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and started Beautiful Day Catering shortly thereafter in January 2007 on a very part-time basis, catering smaller private events. In 2012, we jumped in full-time and have been catering a wonderfully diverse variety of events from simple corporate lunches to elegant weddings and celebrations.

We cater events throughout the Twin Cities and beyond, serving groups of 10 to 300 people, from casual to extravagant. We offer full-service catering as well as simple drop-off catering.
