About Barnes Plumbing Co. Inc Barnes Plumbing Co. Inc started in 1982 when Jeff and Bill Barnes decided they wanted to open their own shop. A flip of a coin decided who was going to be the President and Vice-President ( Bill calling it correctly and taking Vice-President ). Starting off in the basement of an apartment building near Franklin Ave. in Minneapolis, they soon outgrew the space and have since been operating in their own building near Dowling Ave and I-94. Barnes Plumbing relies mostly on word-of-mouth referrals. They have been successful in this way because of the way they choose to run their business: Fair, Honest, Quality Service. For over two decades, Barnes Plumbing has stood by quality work, fair pricing, and superior service to satisfy the plumbing and heating needs of customers.
