Located downtown saint paul, so you have to pay to park. Owner literally had a piece of paper that had his business name on there, like really? If you cannot showcase your restaurant name should...

Their boat noodle soup had little to no flavor. It was overly sweet & their pad krapaw was oily. It made me feel heavy afterwards. Rating it a two star because there could be a lot of improvements...
