I've been using them regularly for cleaning basic shirts, pants, etc. for about a year now. No major complaints. No reasons to hate them OR love them. They get the job done just fine for me!

Horrible customer service. Cleaned 2 sets of drapes for me. After cleaning, one set was completely shredded. They told us any garment they clean can be damaged and it is not their responsibility....

I have used them for years and they have always provided excellent service. I recently needed a 100 year old christening gown cleaned and it came back better than I could have hoped for.
