To start off I had to call them to see if my trial contacts arrived. Then when I had to reorder some because I lost an eye it took about two weeks, and then they wouldn't let me pick them up...

Eye exam went well but the customer service and the level of guidance was horrible. There is no help in choosing the lenses just upselling and no help when needed to try to get the best deal....
