Since 1973, this small family-owned vineyard and winery near Hastings has won national acclaim for its table wines. Undeterred by skeptics who asserted that no wine grape could withstand a Minnesota winter, Nan Bailly rose to the challenge of establishing a new viticultural region with her vineyard and winery in the Mississippi River Valley at Hastings. As French wine makers have long maintained that great wines must endure hardship, she proudly adopted her motto of “Where the Grapes Can Suffer”.

Amazing view. There's actual vineyard that produce some grapes. Some others are from good ol' Cali! Service amazing. Ask them anything. They're very passionate about the wines. The wines are best...

Beautiful vineyard on the outskirts of Hastings. We parked there and did the Hastings 10 mile bike trail so we could enjoy a glass of wine after our ride. With this having been my first time...

We stopped by the winery today not knowing it was closed. The owner still invited us in for a glass of wine. How kind! We will definitely be back.
