HistoryHaven Chemical Health Systems opened its doors in 2000 with one outpatient facility, The Haven in Woodbury. Not long after, two additional facilities were opened: The Haven in Shakopee, an outpatient facility, and Margaret's House, a ten-bed residential facility for women in Mendota Heights. These were followed shortly by the opening of The Haven in Waconia, as well as The Haven in Cloquet. In 2004, Rebecca's Residence in Scandia was opened, which is also a ten-bed women's residential facility. Our first men's residential facility, Paul's Place, opened in 2008 in Farmington with six beds.SpecialtiesThe Haven in Cloquet offers adult day and evening treatment programs. There is no charge for family members to attend these sessions. We offer an eclectic approach to treatment based on the individual needs and strengths of each client.
