Achieve Physical Therapy was founded by Cliff Lafreniere to provide outpatient physical therapy services in the Grand Forks, ND area. As an outpatient clinic, Great Plains specialized in the treatment of orthopedic injuries, with an emphasis on athletic injuries. They quickly gained recognition as a leader in rehabilitation and treatment of sports related injuries. They continue to be a leader in new and innovative treatments for their patients and beneficial exercise programs for their fitness members. They currently have a staff of 19 Physical Therapists, 3 Physical Therapy Assistants, 6 Athletic Trainers, 9 Exercise Instructors and a support staff of 19.
