Academy of Science Minnesota

The Torah Academy of Minneapolis, founded in 1945, serves students in prekindergarten through grade eight. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as math, science, social studies and language arts. The academy also offers a range of extracurricular programs in art, computer science and physical education. Its staff includes teachers, specialists, librarians, supervisors and health aides. The Torah Academy of Minneapolis also offers several extended care programs that include arts, crafts, games and sports activities.

Located in Hopkins, Minn., the Main Street School of Performing Arts was founded by Stages Theatre Company. Operational for more than four years, the school offers classes in English, social studies, science and math. It operates music, theater and foreign language departments. The Main Street of Performing Arts provides career counseling, special education, and gifted and talented programs. The school offers membership options for the National Honor Society, as well as bike and knitting clubs. It conducts special classes in history, theory and technology for students to develop their musical skills and understanding. In addition, the Main Street of Performing Arts curriculum includes training sessions in ballet and modern dance.
