History

This company was born out of myself and my army friend down in Florida. We both thought we'd retired but was too much time on ourselves. We formed the 19th to help our children out in the long run. We planned 40 percent net profits would go to our 8 children and we would work off the rest. So today I carry through with that same mission. Different avenue we've added more home repairs and improvements. Especially if you're selling your house with a Realtor you want your contractor to know what the Realtor is promoting for a better sale. We're primary Real Estate Investment Group but have branched out to our other skills too. I started as a general contractor in 1991 building New Construction homes. Prior to that was a realtor for 10 years and a investor myself. Bought my first property in 1985 but started in 1984. We had 22 percent interest on mortgage rates so we had to be creative. I needed to buy my interest down to 13 percent to qualify. Big bite out of buying power.
