Serving as President of the LC-MS is Reverend Gerald Kieschnick. The LC-MS headquarters is located in St Louis, MO.As the Synod is divided into Districts, Nunica is part of the Michigan District along with 375 other congregations. The District likewise operates under a Board of Directors for its Mission and Ministries endeavors. The District will be under the direction of a new president, the Rev. David P.E. He is celebrating his 12 Year Anniversary at St. Luke, as well as his 25th Anniversary of his ordination. He graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary, Ft. Wayne in May of 1983. Previously he has served as a first full time pastor of a mission congregation in La Grange, Kentucky and in Buchanan, Michigan. Pastor "L" ( as he goes by ) married Diane ( nee-Ruhlig ) in November 1978. Diane was called home to live in the kingdom of heaven, March 23rd 2006. Pastor "L" has four children: Zac, Sherri, Melanie, and Hannah.Pastor Lahrman is serving St. Luke as its 14th Pastor, ( 11th full time pastor ).
