Their coffee is so bad I genuinely gagged. It's like dirt and coffee grounds. Not to mention their one employee doesn't sound like she's worked a day of customer service in their life.

I've been to the actual zingermans in Ann Arbor and this is NOTHING like that. The quality of the coffee and croissant is sorely lacking. I got mine at 7 am, so you'd think it would be fresh first...

This bakery is part of a larger store. I had a cinnamon roll and it was so dry. The place is very expensive. Try something else and it might be better.
