The Aqua Movement class at the Downtown YMCA pool is good. Although it's in the evening at 7pm I found it to be okay. I attend twice a week and so far I'm good with it.

The downtown ymca pool manager has decided to set pool hours on a daily basis. She says, "you have to go online daily to see the pool schedule." We cannot plan our schedules until we see how...

Go to this gym every other morning. I absolutely love it and would recommend anyone to join.

We took my niece and nephew to this facility for a day of fun. Which turned into a day of frustration for my niece. She's 11 and very tall for her age. We were told we were lying about her age....

The facility's are ok. Not as nice as Pierson road but not as crowded either. The management has cut back the hours the place is open so this is adding to crowding. Plus they are closing the pool...
