Really nice course super pretty but if it rains within a week of wanting to play it's cart path only and home of the seniors that have no curtesy of faster players

Course is in great condition, staff is super friendly and welcoming. Only downside is people don't repair divots which I don't blame the course, outside of that it's a great 9 holes by the river.
