History
Will Cole Chocolates was founded by William Cole in December of 2008 as a small company selling chocolate truffles for the holidays. In the spring of 2009 Bryan Mattack joined William as his partner and the 2 still own the company today. They have since grown from just chocolate truffles and added Caramel Corn, Wedding Cakes, Wedding Favors, Caramel Corn Tins and Gift Baskets to their product line. With William having graduated for The French Culinary Institute in Manhattan NY with a focus in pastries and Bryan graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Advertising, the two make a powerful entrepreneur team.
