Definitely recommend as the store was bigger than I expected with a good variety to choose from. The ladies working there were the sweetest and there are fitting rooms available.

A lot of Forever 21 and Old Navy.. I personally wouldn't consider those brands up scale. Also, I purchased a tank top but the cashier said it absolutely wasn't considered a tank top and charged me...
