I lived at Whitehall for about a year. I loved it. It was seriously one of the best decisions for me to move in there. I'm just bummed that I didn't look there sooner within my college endeavor....

I would NEVER recommend this to anyone!!!!! Lisa the office manager LIES, WE had the WORST experience of our son living there and having to pay 2 months xtra rent because she did not or chose not...

Lisa is awesome, maintenance is fast. The apartments are old, but fine for a college student like myself.

Only a 1 star because they make you put something. Lisa is rude and only interested in the money. No parking, but towing company is right there to take your car and $140 but she wont give...

Had quite a few problems right from the get-go with these apartments. The only things it has going for it are: nice space/size for the price, and location is close to campus. Other than that...
