They are fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics -- (FAAP). You will be served by our Physicians: John M. Koetsier, MD Dennis L. Lake, MD Megan N. Clark, MD Jennifer L. Van Zee, MD Our Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioners: Linda Feighner, CPNP Ann Swagman, CPNP Cathy Buller, CPNP Our Physicians are on staff at: Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus for Newborns. We provide medical care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. Please bring your insurance cards with you for each visit. We follow the guidelines and recommended imunizations of the American Academy of Pediatrics. We p rovide the routine physicals and immunizations of infants through age 2 and then yearly physicals for all patients 3 years and older.
