Karen is the only lady who knows how to cut hair there. If she's not available, go find somewhere else. Just got one of my worst haircuts ever (not from Karen) and had to go to another barbershop...

The ladies I met were rude after I stood there for 15 minutes with not a soul in sight. They were apparently out back smoking. We went to a different barber shop.
