Hi, Im Dr. Kylee, founder of West Coast Wellness! I was born and raised in Holland, Michigan, and I will always be grateful to call the west coast home. I attended Grand Valley State University for both my Bachelor of Science in Clinical Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degrees. I am passionate about using exercise as medicine to help my patients return to their hobbies without surgery or injections. I have spent my entire career working in sports rehabilitation. I enjoy working with athletes of all ages, from middle schoolers to collegiate athletes and active adults. I have advanced training in sports rehabilitation, manual therapy techniques, post-operative ACL recovery and return-to-sport, blood flow restriction training, and dry needling. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I utilize this skill set to bridge the gap between rehab and performance.I am passionate about providing outstanding individualized physical therapy care without being confined by insurance regulations.
