Sometimes the prices are pretty outrageous. But at the same token they have a sale where you by 2 and get 3 free which is pretty badass

Did some major shopping this weekend at VG's. Friendly staff, Very fresh produce, lots of good sales. Also the pharmacy accepts durable drug insurance which is good when you need medical supplies.
