Customer service and telling the customer what is really going on. Don't tell someone come to us and we'll give you some free items and then find out when you get the bill they were deceiving you.

Don't go to this Verizon. The associates feel shady and it couldn't be more obvious they're going to do everything possible to make commission off of your sale. I came in with a brand new phone...

Go to any other location. The incompetence here is mind blowing. Ask you to wait for 55 minutes then say "oh that's a manufacturing issue. Can't help" how did the r first three people not know that?
