VanDyk Mortgage Convention Center

VMCC features 37,700 square feet of total meeting space; a 16,550 square foot, clear span ballroom; and up to 13 breakout rooms. The facilities are also across the street from the Shoreline Inn & Conference Center which features another 5,000 square feet of meeting and breakout space and the historical Frauenthal Center, downtown Muskegon’s 1,726-seat performing arts center. VMCC and Shoreline Inn & Conference Center are both managed by Parkland Properties of Michigan, allowing for seamless coordination between the neighboring properties. Opening April of 2021, VMCC is the newest convention and event venue in the State of Michigan.
