The University of Michigan- Flint Recreation Center features an indoor track, pool, and spa and fitness classes. It has an activities room that maintains a multipurpose space with table tennis and pocket billards. The center operates a fitness studio for spinning, martial arts and specialty classes, as well as features fitness flooring, mirrors and stereo sound systems. The University of Michigan- Flint Recreation Center also conducts fitness assessments and personal training sessions, as well as administers fitness classes and massage therapy and youth camp programs. It additionally operates a gymnasium that features lined courts for volleyball, badminton, pickleball, basketball, tennis and soccer. The center is located in Flint, Mich.
