Every time i have a issue with my account, the associates there always take care of me and some how remember my name ( go inside once every 6 months maybe )also the wonderful people on the phone...

The team at UFCU are all very friendly and helpful at this location. My wife has her business accounts here and they have always helped her with all of her questions. Great place to have your money!

United Federal Credit Union has the friendliest staff and works very hard at customer service. Added plus is that their rates are very competitive. We trust them!

The ATM doesn't work a lot of times. They recently went to a touch screen at the ATM and I've had to try over and over and over to finish a deposit or other transaction because the touch screen...
