Tru Fitness was established in 2012 by owners, John & Tina Miller. The studio first began as a small private personal training studio, but the Millers wanted to find a way to reach more people so their unique training style could impact the community. Hence, a brand new location was established and the addition of the Group Personal Training program was born.
