Trombley House
The Trombley Centre House, located in Veterans Memorial Park, is the oldest frame house still standing in Bay County, built in the classic Greek Revival style popular in the Midwest during the early to mid-19th century. Under the stewardship of the Trombley Centre House Committee and the Bay County Historical Society, this historic home is undergoing renovation and hosts various community events, educational programs, and tours by appointment.
In addition to its architectural significance, the house features a historic herb garden maintained by the Olde Thyme Herb Society, an affiliate of the Bay County Historical Society. The restoration efforts benefit from community support through grants, donations, and dedicated volunteers.
