Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Recovery Medicine - Oakland Campus focuses on assessment, treatment, counseling or referral for all addictions. We work closely with primary care providers and specialists, and with other addiction therapists and pain psychology counselors. As an outpatient practice, our providers are certified to prescribe medication-assisted therapies for opioid or alcohol dependence when clinically indicated to assist in opiate dependence from withdrawal. We provide inpatient consultation with addiction medicine services at Trinity Health Ann Arbor to provide high-quality continuity of care. Process addictions, including food, gambling, sex and spending, will likely require referral to a specialist or specialty treatment center, which may be in another state.
