Customer service for repairs is awful. No return phone calls,horrible communication. There are much better spa dealers out there. Buyer beware if you need repairs!

Needed service on my hot tub. Repair guy was great but it turned out to be an problem that required an electrician. They responded quickly and only charged me for the service call
