Service was slow. Spent 25 minutes waiting on drinks and donuts. Did not seem like anyone new what there were doing. Did not even seem like any management was there either.

Paid $1.45 for extra cream cheese on my bagel. There was barely even enough to be considered regular amount. It was as 11:00 a no excuse for rush hour. So sad 5 employees and can't do anything...
