Dr. Zainea is certified by the ABMS Board of Internal Medicine - Cardiovascular Disease; ABMS Board of Internal Medicine - Interventional Cardiology. A graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine, Dr. Zainea did his residency in family practice at Bon Secours Cottage Health Services, a residency in internal medicine at St. John Hospital and Medical Center and a fellowship in cardiology at Providence Hospital. Dr. Zainea was recognized as a "Top Doctor" in 2004 and 2008 in cardiology by Hour Detroit magazine.
