The UPS store is not the cheapest way to mail things out but the service is always good and they can help package about anything. Extremely convenient.

We cannot even get a hold of the owner to file a claim! They took two items to ship and only put one in the box. Don't go to this place.

Called and talked to a representative at this store, and the representative was very rude, did not give me any information on what to do with a package that the driver didn't even knock on my door...

You are NOT the customer. They would prefer to goof around and talk to other employees while you are on the phone and in the store. This resulted in them not typing in the entire ship to address...
