History

The Training Compound is the First MMA Gym in Lenawee County. We opened our doors in 2009 and continue to be the Leader in Martial Arts training in the area.

Specialties

We offer Kids Martial Arts, Judo & Jiu-Jitsu, Thai Kickboxing, No-Gi Judo & Submission Wrestling and Professional MMA training for All Ages, All Skill Levels and All Goals. No experience necessary and recreational students welcome.
