my son is a college student and lives at The Reserves. His rent is automatically withdrawn from my account, so to my surprise he got an eviction notice this week even thought they removed the rent...

Also make sure you only sign a three to six months tops lease. Feel them out before they hit you with an electrical bill two times your rent.
