It's not the salon, it's the person you go to. I followed Katie Terrell here from a 'trendy' Royal Oak salon. It's got easier parking, it's right off Woodward, and the facilities are good....

Awful experience. My hair got burned from the blow dryer and it looked awful and frizzy.

Kathy has done amazing things with my (age appropriate) natural frizzy grey hair. It is now a really nice color and wavy, like it used to be! I couldn't imagine going anyplace else.

I would HIGHLY recommend Sara Chadwick as a stylist, she is incredibly personable and very sweet. She always makes sure I love the end result which I always appreciate when getting my hair done...
