The Minervini Group

Established in 2000, The Minervini Group works for the resurrection of historic architectural treasures on more than 60-acre campus of the Grand Traverse Commons. It strives to preserve historic legacies, diminish urban sprawl and promote a pedestrian friendly atmosphere. The group s buildings are comprised of over 1 million-square-foot of development capacity, including landmark structures, several grand cottages and numerous service buildings. Located in Traverse City, Mich., The Minervini Group s sites also feature expansive lawns, walkways, paths, historic arboretums, preserved parkland, wetland conservation areas, and hiking and biking trails. It offers solutions for residential, commercial and retail space.
