Get your loved one transferred as soon as possible! This facility is the worst! While it may be due to staffing issues, the level of care is abhorrent! Avoid this place at all costs!

This place is horrific. They don't care about your loved ones. They leave them in soiled briefs. Don't do any rehab even tho your family is in rehab mom stayed in bed 6 days now has been sores....
