This place is horrible. They can't do what my wife asked and she even provided a picture. Then they wouldn't fix it and the workers got together to back up the inexperienced worker's...

Update: I did finally receive a call from Mary the store manager after leaving the one star review and she did agree to refund my money in full for the bad color job that they were unable to fix...

Sarah Medford!! Amazing! listened and didn't chop off long hair! cut beautiful layers in very wavy hair. conditioned and turned out fabulous! Can't say enough!
