Had a great bagel sandwich to start a long way in Grand Rapids. I don't know why the reviews of this place are so bad. I thought it was great!

I'm sorry not Sorry. They definitely have to do better. This bagel was ate there so no wait time! Cold as a fridge not even room temperature, you can tell by the cheese didn't even melt a little...

Nice staff and ambiance., however the coffee tasted off and the bagels were mediocre, a bit dry and dense. Also gave way too much schmear with the bagels that it was a mess to eat.
