Pictures are not accurate. It's a trailer park. No sewer and the WiFi doesn't reach if your are not near the office. It's dumpy and I did not feel safe letting my kids play outside

Pleasant Beach Resort

Pleasant Beach Resort, a pleasant place to spend your Michigan vacation or summer! Make sand castles on our sugar sand beach, the largest beach on Wixom Lake (over 1,980 acres) which is an all sports lake! We have a new boat ramp, fishing, swimming, community building, new seawall, lots of shade with picnic tables and benches, pavilion, firewood for your campfires and are pet friendly. Bring your boat or rent one nearby to go to Pontoon Alley or Juicy Bone restaurant. We have a few boat slips left on our new permanent docks. Bring your motor home, fifth wheel or pull behind camper trailer and do some great family camping on our RV lots with full hook ups(electricity, water and sewer). Or just bring your clothes and food and rent a cabin by the week or season! Several mobile home cottages are for sale as well! There are many improvements coming up in the near future including remodeling community building to include showers and laundry facilities, a swimming pool and more! Situated in Gladwin county, we are 45 minutes from Soaring Eagle Casino and 25 minutes from Midland's awesome shopping and mall! We are located in Gladwin County and are 25 minutes from the quaint town of Gladwin!
