We have had nothing but great customer service from Tapper Propane. We have two tanks and they are always kept full. From Jody in the office to the employees delivering the propane.....always...

My mother has a "keep full" plan. It is 16 degrees, she is out of propane and no one answers the telephone! Grrrrr. Horrible customer service.
