Store manager is only interested in signing you up. If there is a problem she will blow you off and tell you to call customer care at 611. They also don't tell you that there is a 14 day grace...

Terrible store! Do not waste your time at this location. Drive out of your way to a different store and you will be much better off. Worst customer service that I have been subject to in years!
