Superior Foods has been servicing the food industry for more than 50 years. Over time, the company has grown from a small retail fish market in Grand Rapids, Mich., to a supplier of seafood and meat products to more than 2,000 foodservice and retail customers throughout the Midwest. Its products include salmon, catfish, halibut, mahi-mahi, tuna, swordfish, walleye, clams, frog legs, caviar, shrimp, scallops, beef, pastrami, chicken, veal and frozen appetizers and desserts. Superior operates a fleet of more than 30 trucks that deliver its products to the company s customers.
