Sugar Honey Iced Tea is a 501c3 based in Detroit, Michigan. Our mission is to promote Sex Education and Self-Love within urban communities. Our mission is to educate all communities on the awareness of sexual health and being comfortable with self. In today's society sex is seen all over the media it is promoted from music lyrics to the commercials we see on TV. As much as it is seen, many of us are uneducated on the pros and cons of sex and what it can do to our bodies. Did you know that 70% of the American population are infected with herpes and that nearly 80% of sexual active individuals will become infected with a strain of the HPV virus? We are not only here to promote STI awareness but as well as LGBT awareness, domestic violence awareness, sexual assault awareness, and etc. Promoting sex education is not our only mission but to promote self-love as well! In a world where hate has become glorified we need a sense of awareness to not let that energy destroy self.
