Food quality has gone way down. Found a hair in the sandwich recently and the General Manager said she isn't allowed to do a refund but can do a free sandwich. No thanks. I will not be returning here.

Tried to use the footlong599 code for a sandwich and was denied the discount. I paid 4 dollars more than what the CODE was offering. The employees were apathetic and uncaring. Subways website...
