No one is ever at the counter when we go in! I have gone in and both employees were sitting in there car smoking. While oven alarms went off and the phone continued to ring numerous times.

Waited 5 minutes at the drive through microphone without a response. Got aggravated and drove through in time to see one guy running around, toddler in hand, one young lady sitting out front...
