Very dirty and the people working don't understand a word you tell them so you have to shout at them. Then they will trash talk you in there language to each other

They routinely don't have certain desireable ingredients ready for lunch. I went in today to get that new pizza ("patista" or "pizzaiasta" can't remember the name) and they didn't have the sauce...
