Opened in 2005, the Suburban Collection Showplace has now grown to be Michigan’s second-largest convention and expo center. A recent expansion included the new EVENTS CENTER, which includes two additional ballrooms and generous pre-function gathering space, features large picture windows, upgraded LED lighting, energy efficient HVAC systems, modern carpet, paint and décor, state of the art audio systems, an interior box office and additional new exterior parking. In addition to new banquet space for corporate events, the expansion allows large consumer shows like the Novi Home Show, the MARVAC RV& Camping Show, the Ultimate Fishing Show, the Novi Golf Show, the Novi Boat Show, Outdoorama, Motor City Comic Con, and the Michigan State Fair to increase their footprint and provide larger shows for their guests and vendors.

Nice big open space with plenty of bathrooms and easy parking. The line was long to buy tickets they only had one person so that kind of sucked. The only other negative was they didn't have a coat...

Spacious and well maintained place. Every year Gem show happens here. This is my second visit. Limited vendors this year due to Covid. Walk in tickets were available for $8 per person and online...

They are charging $10.00 to park your car in their lot, and not valet parking, What a rip-off. We won't be going to any more shows at the Suburban Collection until they cut back on the Greed.
